The staff were all very kind and caring.
Everything was explained clearly.
The whole process was very quick which was excellent. You just want to get an with it not think too much about it.

Good relaxing environment, friendly staff. Only potential improvement in to offer water as were as ted or coffee, good to have a toilet nearby!
